Jessica

Jessica is a somatic movement practitioner, scholar, and educator. She was trained in contemporary improvisational dance forms (Gaga, Butoh, and Contact Improvisation) and somatic practices (Amerta Movement, Feldenkrais Method and Body-Mind Centering). In 2018, She founded Aftersunset, a platform for somatic education in China, serving 4000+ people on their journeys of self-inquiry. Her teaching integrates Eastern and Western practices based on a phenomenological approach, facilitating cross-cultural and inter- disciplinary study of our moving-being.
